Proudly Asian x Big Bites Break Boundaries Giveaway T&Cs
Proudly Asian x Big Bites Break Boundaries Giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’) is hosted by Proudly Asian in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (‘Hong Kong’).
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 and above.
Entry Period: The Giveaway will begin on April 25, 2024 and end on May 16, 2024 at 11:59pm Hong Kong Time.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must follow @bigbitesbreakboundaries and @proudly.asian on Instagram, like the Giveaway post, and respond with a comment starting with “Breaking boundaries means” in the comments section of the Giveaway post. Each participant will receive one entry per valid method of entry.
No purchases are required to be made in order to participate in the Giveaway.
Five winners (the "Winners") will be selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 15 days of the Giveaway's end date. If a Winner does not respond within 30 days or if a Winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Giveaway, a new Winner will be selected.
There is no limit on the number of entries to the Giveaway. There will be a total of five Winners, and only one Prize can be won per winner.
Prize: Each winner will receive one signed copy of the book "Big Bites Break Boundaries" by Steph Ng; and a set of Proudly Asian merchandise including one cap (navy OR white - distributed randomly), one tote bag, one pin, and one postcard. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Winners will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of the Prize. Proudly Asian assumes no liability and will not offer any compensation in respect of any failure to receive the Prize by the Winners.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that their Instagram username may be announced publicly as a Winner on the Proudly Asian (@proudly.asian) and Steph Ng’s Instagram accounts (@bigbitesbreakboundaries & @_themightymunchkin_).
Participants are prohibited to submit entries containing abusive language, or content related to sex and violence, infringing or violating any copyright or trademark rights, or violating the intellectual property of undelegated copyrighted materials. Proudly Asian reserves the right to delete the related content, remove the eligibility of any participants who have violated any of the above guidelines as well as the right to take legal actions. Proudly Asian will not hold any responsibility for such infringing acts. All participation in the Event is on a voluntary basis.
Proudly Asian will be exempt from all legal liability, compensation and responsibility that may be caused by the Giveaway and/or its Prize(s).
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
Release of Instagram: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway.
Proudly Asian reserves the right to to disqualify any individual violating these terms, or tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Giveaway. Fake accounts are prohibited in this Giveaway.
Proudly Asian shall not be liable for any delay, loss of information, mistake or failure caused by any technical or network error.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these official rules and decisions of the organisers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
In case of any dispute arising from the Giveaway, the decision of Proudly Asian shall be final and conclusive, including the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway and of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
