Isabel Wong

Host & Founder

Isabel Wong is a former TV anchor and producer with over a decade of financial journalism experience across broadcast and digital platforms. Growing up and living between the UK and Hong Kong, witnessing and experiencing racial biases and stereotypes is what prompts Isabel to create a platform to actively break biases and invite all cultures to mingle. She believes conversations about cultural differences can be conducted in an inclusive way that leaves no one behind, regardless of their ethnicities and backgrounds.

Isabel’s work has appeared on Bloomberg TV, Yahoo Finance, Travel Channel, Asia Tatler and more. She is a regular event moderator and has served as the Vice President of the Asian American Journalists Association Asia chapter where she convened conversations about diversity and inclusion in the newsroom, and representation in news reporting.

As a strategic communications practitioner who specialises in diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), She has also advised multinational corporations on their global DEI strategies and programmes.
